What do you like about working at Bluworld?

"The freedom, span of decision-making, and scope of responsibility. I see tons of wonderful changes taking place in the company. I am confident that Bluworld will become an industry leader in this business within two years IF they act on these positive changes aggressively and IF the economy allows."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Look, all of these reviews are going to be biased toward ex-employees feelings. These reviews should be two-sided. Don't take them word for word because every employee is going to have a different experience. Get an interview and follow your instincts, listen to them closely and decide. Bottom line, this is a GREAT company to work for if you are in a position that you can contribute and grow into, but know that there are major challenges on the horizon in this industry and this company is evolving very fast, and like 99.9% of other companies this size, in this economy, is struggling."

What don't you like about working at Bluworld?

"Company culture has changed a lot and is not as positive and supportive as it used to be (When the economy tanked). In many ways, I am very hopeful about the companies direction, in others, very disappointed with the way some things are being handled and feel that it may seriously undermine or limit their success probability."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Without doubt, better training, better support, more inclusive and meaningful communication, needs better planning and clearer direction from upper management, and most importantly, more positivity. Never let an employee leave the office feeling like crap, give them confidence, even in the toughest times. You need them to put out 110% at all times and work with them."
