The company prides itself on its initiative and determination - hence the name BLUEFIN. Customer alignment drives the business and is always the number one focus. We enjoy a casual, family type atmosphere where everyone's opinion counts. I have said many times to candidates "I hope this is the place I retire from" - which is at least 15 years from now!"
