"It was a very family oriented and feeling environment. I could go to work each day knowing I'd have at least one person to talk to about both work and non-work related things."

"It's a fun job, but if you enjoy organization, technology that works even moderately efficiently, or easy customers you will be disappointed."

What don't you like about working at Blue Hills Ski Area?

"The chain of command was too disorganized. As a customer service representative, we had a lot of customers with questions or requests and the management style was basically Ask _____ about that or take a message and that led to a lot of lost customers who did not have trust in our ability to make their experience a positive one."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would organize the staff so that there was a more simple chain of command"
