4Blue Diesel is now GSW Worldwide, but when I worked there in 2012, they didn't really have any real process. How can a company not have project managers The account managers acted as project managers. That became a problem as bids for projects were won, but the actual workload that needed to be done, weren't meeting deadlines. The work environment is very laid back, but it can get really busy or very slow. It's never a real balance. Also, lots of turnovers.
Blue Diesel hasn't had copywriters for long, and they don't know how to use them. Most writers there were frustrated by their roles. In addition, my supervisor was new to the industry and wasn't able to create a team environment or processes for getting things done.
