"With start up situations you wear man hats, sometimes several at once. While this is an invigorating and exciting challenge, it can lead to exhaustion from time to time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management is awesome in my estimation. One suggestion would be to lead a break time each day that would require all employees to go outside for a 20 minute walk."
