So what entry-level jobs are the happiest in 2018? Watch our video below to find out!
The key factors our team used to find the happiest entry-level jobs were one’s relationship with their boss, co-workers, their work environment, job resources, compensation, growth opportunities, company culture, company reputation, daily tasks, and job control over work performed daily. These elements all affect workplace happiness and were carefully considered when crafting our happiest jobs list.
“It can be tough to transition from college or a non-working environment into a full-time job. We’re thrilled to see that entry-level employees working as Recruiters, Writers, and AR Managers are finding happiness at work,” says Heidi Golledge, Cofounder and Chief Happiness Officer of CareerBliss.
“An employee’s early working environment can help set the tone for the rest of their professional career. Companies should strive to create a positive, happy atmosphere where new employees can truly thrive, learn, and develop successful habits for their future careers,” continues Golledge.
