“The workplace culture of American universities plays a huge role in the type of education students receive. The faculty and staff at each of the CareerBliss top 10 universities deserves our recognition for providing students a happy and positive atmosphere,” says Heidi Golledge, Cofounder and Chief Happiness Officer of CareerBliss.
“In college, students are provided the opportunity to explore and develop their passions, habits, and work ethic – traits that they will carry with them throughout their professional lives. Ensuring that campus culture and educational programs are built on a foundation of happiness allows students to be positively engaged and better equipped to continue growing and learning throughout their careers,” continues Golledge.
