Free Courses to Improve Your Post-Pandemic Work Skills

Posted May 09, 2020

The country is finally on the verge of reopening. If you’ve been out of work due to COVID-19, you may be excited to start your job search soon.

But whether you’re home waiting for the vaccine before you venture out, or eagerly awaiting for companies to open their doors and start hiring, now’s a great time to improve your skills and make yourself more competitive once you start your job search.

Throughout the pandemic, many companies have been offering free courses to help people do just that.

Now, you may be asking yourself why you should care about developing or expanding on skills… after all, you were hired before, right? Well, the reality is more complicated than that. With such unprecedented levels of unemployment and some businesses in danger of shutting down permanently, it’s a critical time to set yourself apart in the job search. Having new skills that complement and enhance your existing abilities will be critical to moving forward in the application process.

We’ve scoured the web to find some great courses you can take now (for free!) to get your skills up to par, learn something new, and make yourself more marketable in the new economy.

Boost your skills with these online courses
