"What I like is that there's always something changing, whether it's new plans to put up for display, or certain goals we are meant to meet. The job itself always keeps me busy, with finding things to do."

"If you're passionate about movies, and games, you will like this job."

What don't you like about working at Blockbuster?

"With the last few years in the company, I seen a lot of good quality changes, but with the economy and the changing ways of the digital world, stores have been closing all around the country as they try to cut cost and save money. I believe the Blockbuster brand name will always be around for years to come, but I do not believe all the stores will be, and with that I want to make sure I stay in a job I know I'm always going to enjoy."

"Management is good, no complaints with that at all."

"Interaction with people."

"Hours."

"There is no growth with this company anymore. More Blockbuster stores are closing by end of January 2010."

"District Managers only care about themselves, not the employees. No support."

"Be supportive; get your hands dirty by working with your team, not against them."

"The customers. I saw hundreds of customers a day. They became my family."

"Allow store managers to run stores according to each individual demographics."

"Wasn't work/life flexible."

"Listen more to the store managers, because we are the ones always there knowing what is happening to our stores."
