"Pay could be better. Culture of outsourcing isn't very inspiring."

"Don't try to make Blockbuster 7-11. Rental business isn't the same as selling Slurpees."

"I liked very friendly and fun atmosphere at the company. I have real life experience at this job. I liked to go to this job every morning and spent my whole day working there."

"They need to be punctual on interview and look professional. Management is very friendly and cooperative."

What don't you like about working at Blockbuster?

"I was not challenged enough at the job. I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room for advancement in the company. I think my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognized and there is the opportunity for growth."

"Management need to be more involved, learn more new ways for worker/customer safety and security."

"Being in a management position and being given the responsibility to train others and oversee daily operations."

"Company does provide a great working environment and the setting is very casual, so being open and candid would definitely help."

"The main thing I didn't like was no vacation time earned."

"Given that the company doesn't completely go bankrupt I would suggest at least some vacation time for employees if they haven't changed that policy yet."
