What do you like about working at Blast Radius?

"Flexible work schedule, based on demands; OK to work from home, keg/bar in the office, active social committee"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to fit in with the culture, which is casual most of the time; don't expect to have your ideas listened to by executive leadership they live in their own world; you probably won't have a comfortable chair (unless you work in Vancouver)."

What don't you like about working at Blast Radius?

"Awful communication and a string of broken promises from leadership; coming up on two years without a raise; inconsistent application of budgets and resources (we work in Seattle, but the HQ is in Vancouver, BC); my direct manager is a great guy, but not a very good leader."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'd do everything I can to connect with the employees, understand both what makes them happy and what makes them frustrated, and work with the full team to develop an environment in which we foster the good and focus on solving the bad. Get the ugliness and distractions out of the way and we'll all do better work."
