"I’ve been working for Blancco for three years, in two different roles. The company is making some really great progress and has very dedicated employees. The only con is a lack of clarity in business strategy from the C-Suite. Much of the “strategy” seems to be a shot in the dark. Compensation is below average in some areas and great in others. Products are great for the most part. I would recommend working here."
