"I've worked for Blackhawk network for 7 years. The company morale has gone down significantly over the past 3 years. There have been many changes and most of the great people have left the company for better opportunities. It was very hard to move up in the company since I had a new manager every year or two.I did get promoted, however even with the title of manager, I did not receive bonuses.The people I worked with is why I stayed."

"Way too clicky, employees are not treated fair, job duties are spread too thin, duties increase/salaries dont, constant battle to get things done, IT group is understaffed, too much garbage in/garbage out, etc...."

"provide stock ownership, hire people that meet job requirements, treat employees fair"
