"I loved the people, the environment, the work duties. This was a fabulous place to work and I have the highest level of respect for all of my past Supervisors an team members. I learned so much from each of them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you can have the opportunity to work and know anyone on this team, you will benefit from it; professionally and personally. Work hard for them and they will be there for you. A+ staff."

What don't you like about working at Blackbaud?

"That most of the time we worked from laptops instead of the PC. Typing on a laptop for hours is challenging on your hands."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To just keep doing what you do. They have always been a strong base for me and my team mates. I have the highest regard for each of them and for the company. Many of them have transitioned to Blackbaud but it is still the same work environment."
