"Experiences can very based upon your supervisor/Operations Manager. Recognition is almost impossible without the help of your supervisors, which a few are very good, and others are terrible.On many occasions I had proven my willingness and ability to go above and beyond, had recommendation from many management staff but could not move beyond a CSR.My supervisor did not follow the policies/procedures of the company, I was terminated without appeal while inside their required metrics."
