"The best advice I would have is, if you don't want to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and be treated like slim on the bottom of their shoes, GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!!!!!!!"

What don't you like about working at Black & Decker?

"The senior management style is HARRASSMENT and more HARRASSMENT. In the ten years I was at BDHHI I never heard any of the management compliment any of the employees for work they accomplished. They even fired a plant manager because he went to his mothers funeral."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The senior management must start treating their employees like human beings and not worker ants. They work hard and do a good job in spite of the management."
