"If you want low pay, with no room for advancement and treated like a piece of furniture then this is a good place for you. There are 3 categories of people at Black Box: The greedy management and CEO's, the brown-nosers who advance because they are friends of friends, and the low paid, hard working grunts who actually make the company money. The place needs an enema of MGT, get rid of the buddy system, stop rewarding the people driving the BMW's and reward the loyal, lower paid employees."
