"I received a call from CEO Mike Shane about a Superintendent position for a new project starting the next week. After a strong and productive phone interview and his evaluation of my extensive resume, Mike decided that I would be an excellent choice for Superintendent. I appreciated his trust and did my best to be worthy. I completed this project on time and within budget and Mike knew I was a force above others. The day I got the Franchisee their TCO I was asked to fly to Fla. to Super a project that was months behind due to labor issues created by Hurricane Michael. I continuously received praise for my dedication and drive, this made an extremely difficult situation a little better"
