"I've been at BirdDog since 2011. While it's small right now, it's grown so much in the three years I've been here. The best part about being here, other than my awesome coworkers, is watching the company grow from essentially a job board to a true SaaS HCM company. Change is constant around here - but always in a good way. Infrastructure adapts to support our growing number of clients, as well as improving our offerings.
