"In this position there was a great sense of camaraderie as our team was very small. We really had to pull together in order to accomplish our goals."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They are very focused on teamwork, good time management skills and the ability to work on many project teams. That type of experience would be very beneficial."

What don't you like about working at BioMerieux?

"At times it was difficult as I traveled four out of five days a week. I was based in St. Louis, and my territory was the NorthEastern U.S. Travel plans took a great deal of time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Once attaining a particular career level the only chances for advancement require moving to Raleigh-Durham, N.C., or France which was not very likely."
