What do you like about working at Biolase Technology?

"I enjoyed the good communication between departments. Also the opportunity that was given to me to move up and learn about the products we were manufacturing and the company. The experience was great and the people within the company were obviously pleased and happy withe their work."

What don't you like about working at Biolase Technology?

"I was unfortunately layed off due to a strong decline of business in the market. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that QC was told our jobs were safe and 3 months later we were all layed off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue the good communication between departments."
