"Worst company to work at. Everything is a LIE here...Joining in BioGenex = screwing your career. Nothing much to consider as pros. Join here if you want to have DEPRESSION associated DISEASES Too many. Currently, this company is ruling by only an 80+ ARROGANT, MYOPIC Psychopath CEO. Whatever he says, you have to follow, otherwise, he will fire immediately. He does not value people and has no management skills. He rules by fear and intimidation. Fickle minded. Every employee works under the fear that they will be fired on the spot or will be barred from entering the office premises without anyone’s knowledge. Everything is a lie here. Instead of the CEO admitting he's wrong, he will run you over and then blame you for his choices, right from day to projects to reviews on Glassdoor. He instructed all employees to write good reviews on Glassdoor to raise the number. And whatever good is written about the company is written by HR. So do not believe them at all. There is no management, here managements means, CEO, who is screwing employees carrier and their life. The CEO doesn’t trust employees. Worst leadership."
