"I really enjoyed my job. I felt very focused, confident and challenged."

"Make sure they could pay close attention to detail. The job at Bimba requires one to have work orders and those have to be done to precision."

What don't you like about working at Bimba Manufacturing?

"The lunch breaks were too short. Also, when you were done with your assignment you had to do more and more assignments before you were able to leave."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If I were running the company, I would be more forceful but inspiring at the same time. I would praise those workers who kept up the pace."
