"I don't have very many complaints except for the lack of medical benefits and low pay. I would encourage management to seek better benefits for their employees and better wages."

"The company was started by a married couple and they continued to treat their employees like family throughout the exponential growth."

"Just be honest and prepared. It doesn't matter if you don't have experience because they are willing to train."

"To be honest I really loved working there, but I had to move out of state and could no longer work for them."

"Maybe the only thing I could suggest is to be a little harder on workers that did not perform as well as they should."
