"I started working at Becker Surfboards in 1997 when it was still a mom and pop shop. During my tenure, we grew the company into 7 locations along with an amazing website with our own proprietary software. I worked my way up to Manager of the Hermosa location. In 2010 Billabong bought the company and I was promoted to Area Manager. Another merger just happened and I got squeezed out due to payroll issues. I am now ready to move on and improve my skills. Thank You, Bob Rich"
