"Let me just say, that I was fine for a year working here, got along with everyone, and I went on leave for a while because of elbow problems. I applied for Porter and did not want anything else as I explained to ESR because I was on light duty. I went back after two months and was told that my position was temporary, was literally being forced to do something I'm not comfortable with, cross-train. Was not told this prior, So a lot of Lack of Communication caused me to quit, mind you, the assistant store Mgr is very unprofessional and unapproachable, and egoistic! I can definitely move on and better myself!"

My main manager would say mean things about me behind my back, and make me work all weekend, because one coworker was too slow, and one loved drinking all weekend. I'm glad that it's over."

"Third shift is very hard on relationships especially for newly married couples."

"Pay the third shift better and dont blame them for everything that goes wrong."

"I couldn't work as much as I wanted to, there were so many employees and they needed to spread hours around, that it wasn't the best source of income."

"I would say that management needed to keep a closer eye on the relationships of their employees. There was always some kind of interpersonal issue between people at some point while I was working there."

"Current upper management is obsessed with irrelevant arbitrary numbers, is aggressive and imperious, doesn't seem to want employees to even have opinions much less respect them."

"Make the happiness of the employee the highest focus knowing that good customer service flows from happy employees. Worry less about arbitrary numbers."

"I felt the pay was a little below market standards. Also, there was a fair amount of corporate politics."

"Avoid playing favorites and corporate politics. Provide more opportunities for growth for your top contributors. And work to foster a more collaborative environment instead of the traditional top down management approach."
