What do you like about working at BidPal Network?

"Product is good idea. A few people are genuine the rest are phoney and will stab you in the back if they are given the opportunity. Pay is lousy, commission plan worse and benefits marginal at best."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Look at the competition if you really want to be in this line of work, they are probably more ethical and better places to work."

What don't you like about working at BidPal Network?

"In a VERY short period of time 9 Sales People have either been fired or left and the sales staff is not very big. Turnover is too big. Be very cautious. People seem nice but they are Sharks in Goldfish costumes. Stay away, stay far away. Be prepared to work a ton of weekends too."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replacing the Exec Management team would be best for the company."

"The ability to work with non profits to help them be more successful is great."

"The product is wonderful, hands down it the more exciting than other similar products."

"I will not recommend anyone I know to seek employment with BidPal."

"Management is immature and inexperienced and will hinder future growth. Management is sneaky and unprofessional."

"There is a critial need for management training, senior management really needs executive coaching."

"Get all promises in writing because the compensation potential is not what they will tell you it is and you are not in charge of your market like they promise. You have very little authority"
