"Management is sadly and seemingly very corrupt. The work environment I have experienced is hostile and a lot of bullying occurs even from upper management. They have favorites and will protect the toxic behavior to make themselves stay in power. In my experience Bad employees will be rewarded for Bad behavior. From what I have witnessed, If you can be controlled then you have job security. It’s too bad this is happening in an institution that boasts caring for people. The turnover is high and providers are leaving frequently."
