"Regardless of the countless number of good reviews left, it is unfortunate that I must report a negative experience with this highly thought of multifamily staffing agency. I was in your shoes. I am currently unemployed looking to advance my career and make a transition to the multifamily industry from the hospitality industry. I found this staffing agency online and saw great reviews and I went through the hiring and interview process and was offered an employment opportunity through BG Multifamily in Dallas, Texas, located at 14901 Quorum Drive. So, I thought! Here is the upsetting part… you ready? So, I did get the job and that was in mid-December. I was told I would need to take the Fair Housing Laws Training Course they offered, which they would be setting the date for soon and would send out emails as to when the course would be starting. I thought nothing of it at the time and I waited patiently for either an email or call regarding the start date of my training. As we neared the holidays, I called just before to confirm a start date and the lady said nothing was set yet, but would be scheduled shortly for the end of January. I said ok, no problem and continued the wait. Christmas passed and New Years passed. It’s now 2018, I call again and it is now mid-January and I was expecting someone would have reached out to me by now, right. Well, that did not happen so I called once again. This time the lady said, “Ohhh not yet, but just give us a call back next week and we should have a date for the training”. I said ok, reluctantly but still hopeful. It's been a month now and here it is almost near the end of this month! I waited out the week and called back as the lady advised me to do. Today (January 16, 2018 at around 1 pm) I thought would be the day to confirm my training, right? Wrong. I then spoke to another lady that says to me that “ There is no training class scheduled to start anytime soon as there is no need for one."
