"A good growing company to work for"

"Wonderful benefits! But the rules apply to only some. Many get away with things that are ethically wrong and Human Resources looks the other way. They have had various EEOC complaints and it's unfortunate that they do not value some employees. There is definitely a group click. The accountants are lazy and to get a response from a manager is tedious at best. There is borderline discrimination."

"benefits, flexibility, beautiful building and interior, location (Bethesda Metro), bonus increases the longer you stay, it is usually a paycheck and half"

"It's a good company if you play the game. You need to be hard working and dedicated, have good interpersonal, be able to handle all sorts of personality types."

"the people are very conservative, family oriented. Not a place if you are single, not married, people can be very nosy, people have worked there for long periods of time but don't see themselves leaving, the culture that if you've been there for a long time the rules don't apply to you, if your new the rules do."
