"Beverage Factory is a good company to work for, overall. The environment is fun, there are a lot of perks (free lunches for every birthday and many vendors providing lunch, plus draft beer and other beverages on tap in the break room), and there is a pretty good family atmosphere. People are generally treated fairly and expected to do their job without anyone looking over their shoulder. The company has great products, so it's not a burden to sell, provide service for, or market. Cons would be that there is not always great communication or clear direction coming down from the top. Although generally, people are helpful, it's not immune to having someone try to make themselves look good by making others look bad. It could be hard to make improvements because the leadership is not always willing to embrace change. Overall, I enjoyed the time I worked there and would recommend the job to anyone interested."
