What don't you like about working at Best Home Services?
"They state there are rules and procedures but it's not true whatsoever and due to this employees are measured by different ways. Like who likes you and how many people think you are sociable enough. They don't measure you by your individual effort. Walk around the world with the Jesus flag but when it comes to doing the right thing they choose not to."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest to management to look around a little closer and instead of going thru CSRs every other month, maybe they should pay close attention to the CSR leader/ manager as she spends more time on her personal issues, phone and shopping online than actually doing her job."
