"It's a really good company, it all depends on which store you work at, they're all different, I've worked at 2 stores and the West Dundee location was amazing but the Clark St. Chicago made me quit! I couldn't put up with their ungratefulness anymore."

"Poor management, your schedule is a little crazy, paid compensation, not getting paid for tech support but having to do it anyways, dealing with morons all day, poorly treated, having to treat customers like you're on commission, being yelled at for numbers like you're on commission and when you're doing good they won't even talk to you."
