"Executive Management does little to assist the work culture and yields more of an iron fist approach with most of their staff. The exception to this is if you are among the select favored few they allow you to treat your co-workers with contempt and hostility and then terminate if you if you complain of the treatment. Managers are not truly managers here due to having to run all decisions through upper management and unfortunately are more of a parroting structure than anything."
