"The work was engrossing, goal oriented, and touched every facet of IT. From project management, server administration to closing tickets."

"Dress professionally, expect good attitude from the IT director. He enjoys IT but also his main goal is what's best for the students. This is a public school that is continually growing so expect growth and expect performing in all aspects of IT."

What don't you like about working at Berrien Springs Public Schools?

"The pay was not industry standard for IT professionals. Expect lots of engrossing work that makes you feel good after completing it, but the compensation doesn't reflect the work you do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"For the IT director, keep doing what your doing. For his boss, try hiring more IT people and being an effective leader to ALL aspects of public schools, including IT."
