"Even if they offer you a high hourly wage, run away from this company. There is no growth opportunity in this firm. If you are just beginning, you will learn no more than how to draft to their whims, and they still lay you off."
What don't you like about working at Bergman, Walls, & Associates?
"The constant screaming, and yelling on the part of the owner's son. Even if you did your job right, he still yelled at you for no reason. Never have I been so degraded in an office than when I worked for this firm. They have the habit of hiring loads of people to finish drawings, then performing a mass layoff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Bigotry only goes so far. The owner's son needs to take some anger management courses, and tranquilizers before going to the office."
