I was immediately paired up with a experienced and helpful mentor as I was new to the brokerage business and was always available to help. The company has a very strong family feel that pushes everyone to excel. There was a wide variety of agents from a variety of backgrounds so it was easy to connect and learn from the best of each specialty."
