"BDA has a great corporate culture, if you're a type-A extrovert. If you're not, the aggressive enthusiasm and constant rah-rah can be intimidating and oppressive. There also seems to be active blocks to advancement within the company. I've seen department managers ignore internal job-shadow or interview requests for months at a time."
