"I was employed for several years at this NY location. The management on all levels disrespects and threatens the wait and counter staff daily. It is a hostile, erratic workplace where yelling and screaming in front of customers and staff is acceptable. They stress teamwork but yet do not promote it. The wait staff is a great bunch of people but the morale is in the pits. I dreaded going to work."
