What do you like about working at Bennett Homes?

"It is Bennett Homes not Bennett Homes Realty. I have direct access to the President and the freedom to take action as needed to resolve a problem or situation. The owner is respectful of my experience and my ability to find solutions to complex issues. I am not saddled down by unnecessary process but instead am given the authority to take immediate action."

What don't you like about working at Bennett Homes?

"The economy has taken a heavy toll on our company and its ability to profit. There are very limited resources within the company but thankfully, I have been able to use the network of industry professionals that have been developed over my years in the industry. There is no support staff at present because of the economic times we are in so everything depends solely on my effort...which is okay but very time consuming."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Since I AM management, I really don't have much in the way of suggestions other than keep battling and live to fight another day until better economic times return."
