Bendix Employee

"I’ve worked for Bendix for a little over a year. My division works with software. Unfortunately, there are many technical issues and not the man power to resolve. Also, company flexibility within my group is not acceptable. My teammates are wonderful to work with. The management style is not a good fit for me."

"I worked at Bendix and operational side is great. The opportunity they have is too much controls that limit the manager to execute continuous improvement projects instead of validating you based on monthly budgets."
