"THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!"

What do you like about working at Benchmark Electronics?

"Getting a paycheck, and meeting some wonderful people. The role I was in was very challenging and required analysis, logic, and gut instincts. This made the days go by fast, and you feel a real sense of accomplishment when you resolve a critical issue successfully."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"From day one, I tell you the truth, approach the position you're hired for from a perspective of documentation as priority 1. I promise, you will be thankful down the road. Do your job the best you can, never give up, and in my experience: prepare yourself for large mental health medical bills. Oh, and if they terminate you for performance, do not, I repeat do not, allow them to talk you into resigning. for any reason; It will cost you thousands of dollars in employment attorney bills."

What don't you like about working at Benchmark Electronics?

"Supply Chain Management, Human Resources at all levels for the MN Division. The greed is high, morale is low. You are not taken seriously, and they employ expectations that simply cannot be accomplished in a 40 hour work week."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire and hire new replacements especially in the Human Resources office in the MN division, from the top down. It was my experience with the Director, Manager of HR, and HR Specialist acted unprofessionally and very disrespectful."
