"I dont like working for doctors that only care about money and who dont respect any of their staff members."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I honestly think the only was this place will improve is if the three doctors leave. The only way to improve is to bring in new and more professional Veterinarians."

"I like caring for animals and bonding with them. I also enjoy meeting new people and educating then on animal health."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not accept a job from this company. You will regret it the very day you start working. Dont take it personally if you dont get hired. Find yourself lucky to have been spared the abuse and neglect they practice on their employees."

What don't you like about working at Beltway Animal Hospital?

"The owners seem to care more about money then their employees and clients. The employers can be very unprofessional and refuse to cross train the current employees in other areas of the Veterinary field."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend more time teaching the employees rather then ridiculing and disrespecting them. I also think the owners should treat all employees as equals and add incentives for going above and beyond their daily duties."
