"Bell is a great place to work- I will leave it at that."
"I've worked at Bell for a while and it has not impressed me. Although I have worked there for a while I have not really moved up since I have started, also the people who work with me barely know what they are doing. It is a total mess, but the workers at each site make the program work. I am sort of glad to be a part of something like that."

"Take care of your people and recognize their value in success of your organization. More importantly reward them accordingly. Resist the temptation to take advantage of their loyalty and commitment to the vision"
