"If looking to go into preconstruction would advise against it. If you have a hard bid background only, then ok but will be short term. Have had 5 in that position over the last 4 years."

"Upper management does not understand the meaning of preconstruction. They have a hard bid mindset and do not understand the concept of preconstruction. They have no idea what a detailed estimate is."
