"I like contract work."

"Belcan is good. Perhaps all contract employers must consider the paying employer as always right. The agent handling me was great, but a bad economy and very poor communication from the employer to me and Belcan hampered my opportunity."

What don't you like about working at Belcan Corp.?

"Once a situation doesn't work out, you are dropped like a bad habit. Realize that many people do not have access to healthcare, and are dealing with health issues on their own. And this can take time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Realize, that sometimes the wrong match may be more about a disfunctional employer than the worker."
