"The specialty jobs. Either new or repair work that takes some thinking to get done."

What do you like about working at Beef Products?

"Very little. I was hired as a designer and spent 2 -1/2 years there and never really had the chance to design. No one does really. Only the 3D modeling of the parts they build was interesting."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Listen closely yo what is expected of you and how to deal with the owner. Multiply that times ten and you might be close to the experience of he real thing."

What don't you like about working at Beef Products?

"Management. In my 15 year career in this field I have never seen anywhere that employees get insulted so much. All parts of management feel that yelling and insults are required to get the job done, especially from the owner. Don't ever expect an atta boy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should think about using the ideas of others and treating them like people instead of playthings that can be replaced when needed."
