"You get a paycheck and the 401k is way above average. There is really no chance of a move up the benefits other than the 401k are not that great. It is very hot and dusty in the plant. You have to earn your vacation and if you get sick goodbye vacation. They will not pay you for anything that they don't have to. so the management can get their big bonus."
