"Too big a global company to get due recognition. Management believes in status-quo approach and too difficult to introduce new ideas. Waste of expense human resource on routine type of works. Document Control is properly managed."

"Effectively use the expensive human resource by providing proper tools and equipment. More emphasis on centralized data bank. Formation of standard templates for Scope of work, Design basis report, Request for Proposal documents, etc."
