"I relocated 5 times in the 2 years of employment. As a single person this is fine, but it is detrimental to the family."

"Utilize technology so relocation is not as frequent, only requiring travel on a periodic basis."

"The E.A.P. was a great benefit for me. It made going to college a lot more economical."

"There really wasn't any growth potential unless you were an Engineer."

"Earlier years were rough on support staff. Since 2000 the company made great strides to become more employee oriented, I believe."
